The largest international fashion event in the US, Miami International Fashion Week 2010 just concluded, and it can be said that the 12th showing of the Annual event was arguably the best ever. Even the founder and president of MIFW, Beth Sobol, stated, “There is no doubt that this was our best year ever, we had more than 58 international designers from more than 22 countries”

The event took place from March 18-21 at Miami’s hot and trendy Wynwood District. There were a variety of spring collections on display, along with international competitions in fashion, photography, and graphic arts with entries and finalist from all over the world.

Guess what… our very own designer, Deepak Perwani… won the International Rising Star of Fashion award!
